If the received product does not satisfy you or presents some hygienic incidence you should notify it to us by electronic mail to the following address email@example.com indicating us the order number or the name for invoicing given when attending the order. Once received, we will contact with you to coordinate the return.
Remember that you have seven days to process the incidence and that you must conserve the initial packing. Also hams and shoulders will have to conserve the seals and the band that surrounds the cane in an inviolable way, reason why it is advised not to cut to these elements when starting its consumption.
The transport costs generated by the return (pick it up and send the article again) will be assumed by Jamonería Jose Luis Romero whenever the product presents some hygienic-sanitary defect for what its consumption results detrimental for the health (rotten piece, hole, etc.). The transport costs will be paid by the client when the return is motivated by any other cause to the one mentioned previously (dropping of the purchase, appreciations about the flavor, aroma, level of fat, level of salt, etc.). Anyway it will not be a reason for return the amount paid for Cash-On-Delivery, if this mode of payment was chosen.
So, to proceed to a return of a ham or a shoulder, the piece must not be consumed in more of a fifteen percent of its original weight, that is equivalent to a thirty percent of its usable part.
