Cheese made by hand with grazalemeña sheep’s milk (native breed of the Sierra de Cádiz). During its maturation process, it is bathed in olive oil and aged rum to give it an innovative flavor that has conquered the palate of the jury of the largest competition in the world. It got the Super Gold medal at the World Cheese Awards 2019, being the best cheese in its category.
