Idiazabal Smoked Cheese Agour
The light smoke gives this Pure Sheep’s Cheese length in the mouth. This raw milk cheese with character, with a slightly brittle and hard texture, is made with milk from the Latxa and Carranzana breeds of the Southern Basque Country (Navarra and the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country). It is very rich in aromas.
