Acorn-fed Iberian cured (back leg) ham of 100% pure Iberian race. Accepted under the Certificate of Origen Jamón de Huelva (Cured Ham from Huelva) and classified in the Summum category (the highest).
The product is shiny, from pink to purplish red in color with optimal fat infiltration. Its exterior fat is firm and oily. Its exterior fat is firm and oily. The flavor is sweet and powerful, surprising the palate, with a very nice aftertaste which lasts.
Just two words: Jamón and Jabugo. Need we say more? It is arguably one of the best Iberian acorn-fed cured (back leg) hams in the world.
Recommended for very demanding palates.
