This is our most popular jamon (back leg). These jamones are selected one by one and are cured not less than 40 months which gives a subtle amazing taste. This combined with the up bringing of the iberian acorn raised pig makes an exquisite jamon.
The Premium Bellota Ham undergoes a natural curing process of more than 40 months.
You must know how to cut and maintain Premium Bellota Ham in perfect condition.
For a better enjoyment of the organoleptic properties of Premium Bellota Ham, it is advisable to consume it at room temperature.
