To which areas and countries do we ship our products?

Our products are shipped anywhere in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Portugal and Europe. If you want to ship to a country outside the list, please contact us.

What delivery methods are there?

At Jamonería José Luis Romero we can deliver within 24-48 hours anywhere in mainland Spain and Portugal. If the order is to be delivered outside Spain you can choose between Express delivery 24-48 hours or Standard delivery between 3 to 5 days.

When will I receive my order?

Once we register your order, it will be delivered in approximately 24-48 hours anywhere on the Peninsula and Portugal and between 48/72 hours for the Balearic Islands. If the shipment is made outside Spain, the delivery time is approximately 72 hours depending on the type of shipment.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the delivery zone (see information on shipping and rates) to any address in mainland Spain. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are subject to local customs procedures, whose charges must be assumed by the customer.

Do I have to pay the transport company?

No. Transport is included in the total price of the order.

How can I make a purchase through the website?

  1. Ordering through our website is very simple and you do not need to open an account. In the products section you will find everything you are looking for. Purchase any product through the buy button and it will go directly to the shopping cart. Once you have chosen the products, you must check them in the icon in the form of “Shopping Bag” in the upper right corner and you can proceed to the payment through the button “Payment processing”. On the next screen you must enter your billing details -usually the address where the bank sends the statements of purchases made by credit card- and select the option of sending the order to the same address or indicate another address if necessary.
  2. If you are sending a gift, by selecting “For gift” you can include a message with your order. Next, choose your payment method: PayPal, credit card through our website, or bank transfer. On the right-hand side, you will see the order summary. Once you have filled in all the details, click on “Finalise purchase” to instantly process your order.
  3. Subsequently, you will receive an email to the email address you provided in “Invoicing details” with the assigned order number and the summary of your purchase. You can check the status of your order through the “Tracking” tab where you will access your order number and the email you provided us with when you placed your order.
  4. Once the order leaves our shops, you will also receive an email with the corresponding information.
  5. Finally, after receiving your order, we will send you a short satisfaction survey that we would like you to fill in. It is very important for us to have the opinion of our customers, which will also help us to improve our services.

Can I see the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order on our website. Select “Tracking” at the bottom of the page and enter your order number and email address to see if your order is being processed or if it has been shipped. You can also print and view past orders and invoices. You can also go to “Tracking” to ask us to process your invoice.

Can I change or cancel an order?

How are orders delivered?

The carrier will contact you by telephone at the time of purchase to confirm the time of delivery. In the event of up to three unsuccessful attempts to deliver the package, the carrier will tell you where to pick up the order at their nearest office.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Surprise with an exquisite gift from Jamonería Jose Luis Romero. Choose the product you want and we will take care of the rest. Mark the option “For gift” when placing your order and you can leave a message for us to deliver it along with the gift. The careful presentation will leave the recipient open-mouthed.

Can I know when my order will arrive?

Once you have placed your order and received the confirmation email, you will receive a second email when the product leaves the factory with the tracking number and the link to follow the package.

Why am I not receiving emails?

Do you accept returns?

Yes, in order to return a product it must be intact and with the packaging in perfect condition. Within a maximum period of 15 calendar days, you must contact us by email at [email protected] explaining the reason for the return and send us graphic proof that the product is sealed and undamaged. Once we have confirmed that the return can be made, you must send us the shipment at your own expense. Our Quality Department will examine the case individually and we will contact you as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that the product does not offer the level of quality that Jamonería Jose Luis Romero guarantees, you should send us an email to [email protected] with the reason for the return and we will indicate the steps to follow. Our main objective is maximum customer satisfaction, therefore, we will offer a possible solution in the shortest possible time.

How can I pay?

You can pay by PayPal or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) through our website. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will need the following information to process the payment: Cardholder Card number Card expiry date CSC (Security code on the back of the card)

You can pay by bank transfer. When placing your order, under “Payment method” select “Payment by bank transfer”. The bank details will appear on the next page after clicking “Finalise purchase”, as well as in the e-mail you will receive when you send your order. Once the bank transfer has been received, we will send you your order within the established period.
