PICUAL

Intense and high fruity of green olive.

Very complex nose, with an intense aroma of olive leaf, tomato, artichoke and a touch of green apple as a secondary aroma.

This single variety picual has a smooth and clean entry in the mouth, balanced and very pleasant bitterness and spiciness with a complex aroma of almond, artichoke, leaf and above all tomato plant.

Pleasant persistence and astringency.

 

ARBOSANA

Olive oil of green olives aroma. Balanced taste with many strong and complex essences.

It has an intensity of medium fruitiness. Green apple, green banana, grass, or even aromatic herbs come to your nose just getting close to it.

In the mouth it has a sweet taste, reinforcing the first smell but with an intensely bitter and spicy savor.

Fruit cream at first contact with a green touch (apple and banana), almond, and other non-usual citric bouquets.

HOJIBLANCA

Intense and high fruity of green olive.

Very complex to the nose, with an intense aroma of the olive leaf, tomato plant, almond and certain touch of green apple as secondary essence.

This Hojiblanca monovarietal oil, has a smooth and clean first contact in the mouth, a very marked bitter and spicy later taste with a pleasant persistence in the mouth.

As it most remarkable property, it must be emphasized the chilly taste, typical of the Hojiblanca variety, which arises intensely after the testing.

 

CORNEZUELO DE JAÉN

Fruity intense green olive oil, with great complexity and clean green leaf tones highlighting first of all green apple, green banana, artichoke and almond essences. As second aromas, citric tones remember the lemon tree leaf. Secondary aromas are citrus tones reminiscent of lemon leaf.

Its flavor is very elegant and complex with a clean and pleasant entry in the mouth, reminding us of the same olfactory perceptions, although the astringency of the artichoke, typical of Cornezuelo, stands out above all.

With a light bitter and spicy chilly taste typical of Hojiblanca variety that you can taste later at the palate.
